Sign Interpreted performances are scheduled for the Saturday Matinee performance (or the first Saturday Matinee performance for a multi-week run). Broadway in Austin supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and would like to make your theatre experience as enjoyable as possible. Accessible seating areas are solely for people with disabilities and their companions. Patrons who are deaf or hearing impaired may also call our TTY Line at 212.307.2166 (Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm).

TICKET LIMITS

There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.

ONLINE UPGRADES

All renewed subscribers will receive an email invitation after the Renewal Deadline to log in and browse to make changes to their subscription seats within their online account. IMPORTANT: You must have a valid email address to participate. Please add us to your safe senders list so you do not miss any emails from us. If you haven’t used our online system before, need to have your password reset, or need to update your email address, please contact us at 800.731.7469. Upgrades are only available for renewed accounts. Upgrades are possible only when seats become available through cancellations,therefore better seats may not be available in your current performance day and time. You will retain your current seats if there are no upgrade opportunities that meet your needs.

PAYMENT PLANS

Break up the cost of your subscription package into three interest-free installments automatically charged to your credit card.

NETWORK BENEFITS

The Broadway Across America network spans dozens of cities across North America, and you have the flexibility to exchange your tickets to another show or purchase tickets to Broadway shows in different cities. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

The easiest way to renew your tickets each year! Have peace of mind that your seats are yours season after season. For more information or to enroll in the automatic renewal program, call 800.731.7469 (M-F 10AM-5PM).

REFUND POLICY

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

LOST TICKETS

Should you lose or misplace your tickets, you can reprint them online! Log on to your account, and click “Manage My Tickets” from the Quick Links menu on the left. Visit HERE for detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can call the Subscriber Hotline at 800.731.7469 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for assistance. Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and most shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking. For information on each show including buzz, photos and synopsis click on each show’s show page!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you have agreed to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. Due to the nature of live entertainment: dates, times, artists, venues, and prices are subject to change without notice.

FEES

17/18 Season

The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $35 in handling fees, $20 in facility fees and, if applicable, the Patron Club or Texas Inner Circle Subscription fee noted below.


Price Level A: Texas Inner Circle Donor VIP subscriptions (Orchestra Prime Rows A-F (A: 111–126; B: 114–129; C: 115–130; D: 116–131; E: 117–132; F: 117–136 and ADA S: 109-110)) include a $150 donation to the Texas Performing Arts Texas Inner Circle for each subscription ticket ordered, with a minimum donation of $300 per subscriber account, and the $100 Patron Club fee outlined below. Donations to Texas Performing Arts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Texas Inner Circle Donors receive all Patron Club benefits (listed below), plus access to touring concerts and Essential Series performances at Texas Performing Arts, invitations to special events, and name listed in programs.

Price Level B: Patron Club subscriptions (Orchestra Rows A–S; First Balcony Rows A–N) include a $100 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium Patron Club seating locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Patron Club subscribers include drink vouchers, parking vouchers, access to the Patron Club Lounge, and access to an exclusive Broadway Concierge service in New York City.

Additional tickets for all Lexus Broadway in Austin at Texas Performing Arts performances are available to Season Subscribers now. EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS

EXCHANGING TICKETS

Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. Please note, if you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seats original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid and differences in price will not be refunded to you or applied to any other transaction. Tickets must be exchanged a minimum of two business days prior to your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 5pm for Sunday performances. Please note: ticket exchanges for The Book of Mormon must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance.
