Do you offer ADA seating for the season and/or individual show(s)?

Yes! Accessible seating is available for both season and individual performances. Season Subscribers can purchase accessible seating online at BroadwayInAustin.com, at the Bass Concert Hall Ticket Office or by phone at 800.731.7469 (M-F, 9am-5pm). For individual ticket sales, accessible seating can be purchased online at TexasPerformingArts.org, at the Bass Concert Hall Ticket Office or by phone at 512.477.6060 (M-F, 10am-6pm).

Do you offer Sign Interpreted performances?

Yes! American Sign Language interpreted performances are scheduled for the Saturday Matinee performances (see below). Requests can be made by calling the Texas Performing Arts Box Office at 512.471.1444 (M-F, 10am-6pm). Requests should be made at least two weeks prior to a performance to allow time to make the proper arrangements. Our TTY line is available at 212.307.2166 (M-F, 9am-5pm).

At what age can my children attend shows?

We recommend that children under 5 not attend the shows unless otherwise stated.  Every person must have a ticket regardless of age to attend. While most of our shows are for mature audiences, we leave it up to the parent to decide if a show is appropriate for their children.
