Accessible Seating for wheelchair needs are available for purchase online, by phone, or at the Texas Performing Arts ticket office. To purchase online please visit Texas Performing Arts or Broadway in Austin. To purchase over the phone please call Texas Performing Arts at 512.471.1444. If you need assistance in the theatre, please find the closest usher or see someone at the ticket office.

Ticketing Questions

We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. No refunds can be given for past performances.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, Broadway in Austin and/or Texas Performing Arts will inform customers via phone, email, or mail with information regarding the ticketing policy. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information.
